new account management page . no cancellation option?

Asmodes Reynolds Test Alliance Please Ignore	Posted - 2011.06.25 20:16:00 - [1] there is a possibility I am completely blind and it is staring me in the face but I can't find stop the automatic billing without them charging me for an additional month. Is there a way to cancel your account on this new page, or is it conveniently missing?? can someone help me please! Before anybody asks I'm canceling because of this MT crapshoot. If CCP says no combat affecting items I will continue to play into which time they break their word.... speedy response would be appreciated.

Theres a bug log out and then backin on the account managment page and then you should see cancel subscription under the second drop down menu. Inappropriate signature removed. Zymurgist

Anna Maziarczyk	Posted - 2011.06.25 20:21:00 - [9] How much Aurum do you currently have? If its under 80,000 Aurum and you have NOT purchased a monocle yet, its gonna be difficult to actualy cancel. I suggest either buying some more Aurum, or at least 1 monocle, and then trying again. If you stillhave problems, submit a ticket.

With a mostly tech-aware community like Eve's hardly anyone would use IE here. This is shady as hell.

There have been several threads about this. I have the most up to date firefox and it doesn't appear. I think CCP dev alt lies a bit too much.

If you pay one-off payments then you cannot cancel. You simply let your time expire and don't renew. This means that on paper CCP won't have many cancellations in responce to the current problems, and thus they can keep the investors happy.

It just that most folks with the other browsers have add blockers or pop up blockers that block it unless you allow that page to see them, it wont show the options.
