ISD are volunteers, that's it. They don't get an internal memo with all the details.

This is the issue that ****es me off the most. Sure I am upset about them ignorning the new CSM, nerfing JBs, Aurum for non-vanity items, ect.
But the pre-emptive banning, thread deletions, ect. Need to stop. This is completely unacceptable, and I am probably not going to resub unless the CCP people incharge of the forums resign/are fired. I mean how stupid do you have to be?

DIAF posts have been made thousands of times, without resulting in forum or game bans. Helicity was banned because of leaking the pdf that added fuel to the megatransaction fire, they just found a DIAF post to use as an excuse.

Yes, they are and they do not deserve our wrath. They are players like you and me, that care enough about the game and its community to spent a lot of their playtime helping others, so please do not flame them. It's not their fault, nor do they have inside info. If anything, I salute their patience in the help channel when emotions on CCP latest crap run high.
