Lot of Mumble Jumle stuff is you ask me . Hey , if you got a character that is level 5 Machariel , please by all means ,but can he handle a tech II cruiser? pvp and level 4 missions are the extreams of AI and human intelligence. <-if that made sinse : )
spend what you can , just remember , you are gonna blow up alot. try takeing a pvp ship on a level 4 mission . and vise versa.
i play the pve of this game and when it comes to missions. the machariel is a pretty good ship . personally i omni tank it . but if i took it in low sec , i would be pinned to a slow death . damn frig could tackle and a mean ass cruiser with the Nos and Drones , but pvp my shield tank would consist more of ewar while them 3.4 sec rate- enraged tracking cannons do the work.

oh , sorry : ) . i would suggest the Machariel for level 4 missions , unless you got the skills for a vargur to. Vargur the best...well, im hopeing(still trainning) . the key to the machariel is the gist A x-large booster. with the propper fit 3/3 gyro/track two invul fields , one amp , and one CAP RECHARGER.
for sure you will be useing T2 800's . its the fastest ship to do level 4's effectivly thats for sure. you burn faster than they can dps your tank

im not argueing over what ship is better than what . i chose the minmatar race over gallente early in my gameplay here in eve. try flying a Maelstrom on level 4 missions . dps sux. i know i fly a very very expensive ship to do some fours , its my lil money maker and my fun with eveonline : ) so far as the low sec , pvp , ober player syndrom , i can say this . i lost every ship i own in this game untill the machariel was in my price range. i specialize in the certificates to fit certian items tha make that ship work. i done died too many times cause i ran out of cap LOL

any of you who can fly one . knows its a damn good ship ,but we would be heart broken if we lost it.

i hope you watching the fleet fights on U tube at least. the machariel is one bad ass ship cause the dps superior to any other form of dps eve has to offer.
probably one of the only ships enjoyable pvp and pve equal .just dont take a pvp machariel into a level 4 mission and vise versa

its like this . i entered in this game trying to find some way to make isk to buy ships i learn to fly through these skills im trying patiently to learn.To me the best logic is how fast can i do a mission in the time i have allowed to play. Trust me . i have spent millions on top of millions on moduals i could use to improve my personal fight with these npc's.the moduals i spoke of are not cheap at all . why spend that much isk on a modual? The price tag is exeptional when it comes to speed and performance of a mission i done did a thousand times. People have different styles of play . either your a armor tank or shield tank. i so wanted to be a armor tank , but i love to dps instead. im minmatar/gallente skilled pilot and i specialize in shield tanking. Plz dont knock that modual. in the machariel i gain more cap recharge than i use to cycle that bad boy. its just that simple even though i only have 4 mins on my capacitor life span.

if you gonna spend 1 billion on a hull . you dont have insurance on it that will pay what you paid for . the only other option is to maximize the output from tankage to firepower. the key to that modual is activation cost. does not cost much to activate it and is cycles something like 860 every 4 secs. more than i can ask for cause my omni tank is something like 72 76 79 82 . something like that . dont have fittings memorized.leaveing me room to maximize my low slots without being forced to put recoils and the like moduals in precious dps slots
