It's been beta for almost a year before it went subscription earlier this year. One of our good buddies from FCON was a GM before he left to play outright. Look for Gremrod. And as you can see in the middle, the "New Eden Exiles" corp formed from just the leaving eve players has already eclipsed the oldest and largest corps, and is still growing at around 5 members an hour on average. It's still not as powerful as the Powerblock alliances, but it's getting there. Can't wait to see the first 100 man+ newbie bot pvp roam.

I would say it's unbelievable, but then I remembered that's what employees of a company should do, especially if they're passionate about what they've created. I guess I just forgot that's how things work, given years of this shoddy "go **** yourself" attitude CCP has.

I found it interesting that there were about 6 devs present while I was doing the tutorial and one of them actually pm'ed me and walked me through a part I was having difficulty with. In Eve, if you ask for a dev in help channel, all you get are 50 people yelling at you that there are no devs there noob.

Had an issue with one of the early missions (well, hadn¦t payed attention in the tutorial, actually. ) and a dev helped me in die help-channel

Any doubters should at least try the trial it is truly fun.. I cant say im going to stop eve for sure but if im going to un sub its going to be because of this game.
