Edited by: Mister Agreeable on 26/06/2011 17:38:31 Fastest won't be easiest or safest, also no such thing as "best", what's best for me surely won't be best for you. But for you personally? Buy GTCs, convert to PLEX, sell in Jita.
Lol, beaten twice.

What the gentlemen above me are trying to say is that there is no easy, safe and fast way to make ISK. Its all about risk vs reward in EVE. The more risk there is the more ISK you can earn.

attempting to make enough isk via playing the game is merely a lesson in aggravation and head bashing.
They are correct, if you wish not to suffer, Selling plex is the only way to go.
See what ccp did there guys? Make PVE so bad people leave or give the company more money. Brilliant.

Scam for plex than! Corp theft always pays of as well. Why a forum in the year 2011 still has no automatic double post merge which can be done even with javascript mostly is beyond my understanding. |

While I realize the OP's question asks for trolling, I would like to hear some serious tips as well.
In case of myself: 7.2 milion SP Started as Gallente but cross-trained to Amaar Can fly a T2 fitted Harbinger Can fly an Iteron V Never went past L2 mission and actually have to start at L1 for Amaar.
=>
I can currently make 3-5 million ISK per hour by hauling stuff around (hydrogen batteries, spirits), but that doesn't scale well (after delivering 1-2 cargo loads prizes are too low).
What I would like to know: What's the rough figure you can make by running L3/L4 missions (take in mind with my SP I can't fly ships that can blitz missions)?

Edited by: Mister Agreeable on 26/06/2011 19:36:08 L3 with T2 fit Harby? Somewhere around 5-10m/h. L4 with 15m SP+ and a good ship should pay at least 30mph, 50 if you're not terrible.

ORLY? Find faction items with conversion rate of at least 1500, preferable 2000+, have high faction standings and learn to blitz, 70m/h and more is possible, just bloody difficult to achieve, 50 is trivially easy.

t3 security missions around 3m/h (about 100-500k bounty + 100-1m reward per mission) with t2 harbinger no problem, i used a prophecy myself. t4 security 10m/h with 15m sp char... im flying this with a drake right now.

Listen to the guy with 0.0 sec standings and ill bet still 0 corp standings :) This guy says you cannot complete level 4 missions in a hac. Level 4 missions are a great way to earn money and can easily be done with a Ishtar or Domi. I do them in a Golem/Nightmare/Tengu combination.
With a high security connections skill and negotiation skill you can make plenty of isk without buying plex. running a few a day will net you enough to buy a plex...for now.

Oh please please please show me where I said so. I said it's inefficient, completing them can be done in T1 frigates, if you're into that sort of thing.

I will give you an honest answer that will most likely be flamed but what the hell.
Option 1
(optimal) Join a newb friendly corp that will help learn you the ropes. Most likely they may help with skill books and let you fly along on missions, mining , rating or what ever they do. In this way you earn above your skills and perhaps make a few friends along the way.
You will quickly find out which things you like and make the most isk. It is important that your endeavor does both.
Option 2 (lone wolf)
Run courier missions for a small corp which has a storyline agent in or near the system of the regular agent(s) you work for. As you do this (and bore your self to death) train skills to mine, mission or market.
Why courier?
Because as a new player with **** poor skills you will earn more and you will advance to higher in faction standings faster than your contemporaries because of quick story lines. Not sure if you will have much fun though. While doing this and selling off all those juicy implants you train skills to fly a proper PVE or mining ship. By the time the skills are close you will be able to afford the ship and you will have high faction and corp standings to use most agents or lower refine costs.
Oh yeah, you will be bored senseless but you can stop any time you like.

Do this. Finding a noob friendly corp will most likely help you get to where you want to go much faster.

Ninja'ing C1 wormholes in hisec.
Just get some exploration skills to find 'em. You can clear them easy in a half decent fit BC. like 200/200 dps/tank.
Just gather good intel so you don't get jumped. . Adapt and overcome or become a monkey on an evolution poster.

Edited by: Nakiya on 27/06/2011 17:34:59 I make decent money running level 4's with Caldari State, somewhere around 20 mil/hour or so. You can make alot of money by running missions but they can become tedious after a point. My corp is recruiting for mission runners or Indy pilots. Indy is another way to make money, especially with corp support. Hit me up in game and I can give you more information if you're looking for a new player friendly corp for basically ANYTHING. We fly around in Caldari Empire Space mostly.
Hit me up in game Katie.

Those telling you just to buy PLEX, are not trolling or being azz hats.
That really is the best way to play EvE, it will save you alot of frustration and wasted time.
You will enjoy yourself far more not getting sucked into the void that is eve grinding.
