1.You may not abuse, harass or threaten another player or authorized representative of CCP, including customer service personnel and volunteers. This includes, but is not limited to: petitioning with false information in an attempt to gain from it or have someone else suffer from it; sending excessive e-mails, EVE-mails or petitions; obstructing CCP Employees from doing their jobs; refusal to follow the instructions of a CCP Employee; or implying favoritism by a CCP Employee.
A player told me this is bann but i dont believe it
There was several times monocle users died!

They cant ban you for killing monocle users.

No,killing monocle owners cant get you banned. Its no more harassment then fighting a PVP battle against anyone else.
Keep up the good work if your killing them. :)

Your english is a tad broken..
CCP will not ban you for killing or griefing players who wear a monocle.
CCP will not ban users who have monocles that keep getting killed.

Just fit a BS with smartbombs and look for the character in a shuttle with a monocle in high sec.
Your BS will be worth much less then his Monocle. You win.
You will be neg -10 though if you do this in a hub.

"You may not abuse, harass or threaten another player" actions speak volumes when submitting the vote for a wardec or when mashing f1-f8 to smartbomb.

The monocle and any other Aurum-purchased items are not destroyed when the pilot is podded.
If an Aurum-purchased item is in cargo, it has a chance to be destroyed/drop.

Seriously: If you invent a roleplaying standpoint in which your character finds it imperiative to kill people with munucles you could probably get away with it. After all if they really want to ban you for it they'll find a reason to. Just kill them anyway.

Go for it, I bet someone is compiling a list of monocle wearers. Oh whats this here a list with 5 names on it of people who wear monocles. Too bad I don't see all the names here, I think I saw at least 10 people who arn't on here who wear those 
I don't recall CCP saying discrimination of Monocle wearers = griefing, after all we target those ammarian pilots all the time in their shiney blinged out ships all the time and they don't have a problem with that.

They look rich, their wearing a Monocle. Bet they have faction/complex fittings and expensive implants. So I shot first and didn't bother scanning, how was I suppose to know that Reaper only had a civ autocannon and miner.
