The writing is on the wall and pretty much the corporate world doesn't like the idea of an enterainment that can cost very little everymonth yet satisfy the vast majority of peoples itch for vanity items and accumulatio of stuff. Probably should be doing extra real estate deals rather than be trying to make isk ... in the end, i'd spend the extra real world money on real world golf clubs maybe, but im not going to spend the real world money on fake world golf clubs and don't want to even be associated with that insanity.. (i'll pick and choose my insanitys thanks...not saying other stuff doesnt' make sense either) I'll be back packing for 5 days in the back country in the Ansel Adams wilderness starting a week from wednesday. This might motivate me to plan a few more trips and get on that $1800 mountain bike of mine.. yeah.. I'm capitalist enough to spend lots of money on components that cost lots of money to make, but i'm not going to pay an incremental cost based on vanity. If a game costs 200 million to make and there are so many subscribers, sure I' m going to have to pay my share.. thing is , i might be able to enjoy a 50 million $ game just as much, or a 10 million $ game.. and the rule number one in capitilism is to get the best value for your money as far as I'm concerned.. the invisible hand driving down costs by efficiency etc....I'm not going to let that get turned upside down.
