There's also laws that says that the legal guardians are to be aware of the child's activities online. Clearly the legal guardian is at fault here, assuming that person was really underage.

I stopped bumping this thread long enough to look at some other threads on the forum....it really does look like 4chan's taken over the entire forum. Almost afraid to go to bed now, no idea what this place'll be like when I wake up.
