Ive been gone for a couple months and had a couple quick clarifications I was hoping you could help with.
1) there is no new version of a connections skill to boost RP/day? do the negotiation and/or connection skills still affect it?
2) with the agent quality thing they're all the same.. does security status of the system affect RP/day still?
3) im assuming corp relations still have an affect on RP? if this changed also would like to know :D
if all those are no.. then any l4 RP agent would give the same amnt of RP no matter where theyre located? (seems lame)

Standings now only make a difference in that you need high enough standings to be able to "use" the agent. The only other thing you need is a high skill in the relevant R&D tech. Higher level agents pay out more RPs.
But, once you are at level 4 agents, with level 5 in "x" R&D skill, you're getting the maximum number of RPs.

Plus the teenie bit of standing you get with an individual agent if you run their daily missions for them. You can get a minor amount of extra RP that way.

There never was one that did that. There is none that does that now.

Yes. The same way as before, namely through agent effective standings/quality (even if hidden now).

They're all +20 base quality now for RP gains, -20 base quality for needed standings.

Never mattered. Doesn't matter now either.

They never had an effect on RP. Still have no effect on RP.
RP/day = field multiplier * (your science skill level + agent level)^2 * {1+ 0.01*(20 + 5 * Negotiation skill level + agent effective standing)}
1 datacore cost = 50 RP * field multiplier
hence
Datacores/day = (1/50) * (your science skill level + agent level)^2 * {1+ 0.01*(20 + 5 * Negotiation skill level + agent effective standing)}
