Doubtful.
You could just mission for one specific Agent and note down the mission names but it still won't be accurate.
I believe Agents offer missions from a random pool mainly based on 2 different things.
1, Agent Standing - with higher standing, agent will offer more of the same mission types that previously were accepted and completed.
2, Faction Standing - Agent encounter mission offers are based on the players negative Faction standings.
Of course there's also the Agent's Division, Corporation and location to consider as well.

Every L4 agent that I've used religiously (about 4-5x in the past few years) has always given me mostly the same set of missions over and over.
It seems... and remember this is just an impression after doing missions casually for a few hours every week or two for years, that the agents sort of do this:
- 50% Good Missions
- 25% Mediocre Missions
- 20% Poor Missions
- 5% Faction Missions
Now, this has likely changed some since the mission redux... because that last 5% used to also include silly stuff like mining or courier missions that would just come out of the woodwork. I have since done L4s for a few days in a row after the mission agent alterations, and not noticed any change in my agent's offers, other than it being a faction mission only, if and when I got something I was guaranteed to decline right away.
Now as far as the ACTUAL missions go, when the agent gives me 'good' ones, it is usually the same ones, like my agent in Frenchie space loves to give me Blockades and Worlds Collide, but very rarely gives me other types that I see more frequently in Amarr space for instance (like the L4 Angels and Sansha Pirate Invasions my Amarr agent adores). This may also be due to the fact that not all L4s have racial types for the space you live in, so because Blockade and Worlds Collide comes in Serpentis flavors (Frenchie) that may be part of it.
It just takes practice and experience, to get a feel for which agent is going to give you the kinds of missions you want to do, and how often.
