currently the only alliance that is allowed to be sucessful in null is the goonswarm federation or the GEWNS as i liek to call tem.
i think this is unfair because it makes hte game less fair for fair.
i prapose that isntead of the currentr systema in chich sov is taken by geWNS
we set up a system where sov is relayted to the number of NPCs killed in an asteroid belt. whoever kills the moasdt of these rats in a sysytem every 24 hours cgets sov!
since the gewns are only educaterd in griefing and have no way of pulling their own mass I think that a good idea this is,

OP has access to exactly the same game mechanics as the Goons, the difference is that Goons got organised, made friends and with a little help, made their own empire in nullsec. If the OP wants to remove Goons from their space I suggest he follow their path and do what they did.
