The whole Test Allaince is full of lying scammers if you need proof just look at there BIO 411! It admits that they are scammers and says that they wont refund any isk that there alliance has scammed from you!

I have to agree with the other posters in this thread, Mechazor Zotron.
I know Vector Aeon personally. (My god he has a sexy British accent!) He is one outstanding member of the Eve Online community. He regularly helps people out by moving their ships in his freighters and carriers, without ever asking for a dime in return. Just because you want to renege on a deal you made with him does not mean that he is the bad person. In fact, this looks like just the opposite: YOU are, in fact, the bad guy in this situation. Please biomass your pilot and go play a different game where you can get away with things like scamming and being rude and being libelous. We don't want your kind in our fine game.
