I and Leo d'Green has shared violent and hostile past so long as I can remember. I cannot even remember why I have put Leo d'Green's name in my grudge list, since then I did not write down reasons, only names. Im sure reason was good, but in the spirit of peace I just made with Curatores Veritatis Alliance, I would like also make peace with Leo d'Green. I apology my words I have said in times of hostilities to your grace.
When I was winner of second place of Kazzzi's grand hexer or something competition, which was on galactic new, I was also interviewed by the journalist of the scope, I used you and Nurabsal as a example of those loyalist I hate, but who I belive to carry the Empires intrest in their hearts.
I take this hard step in hopes to further improve our organizations relations, and I sincerely want to unite the faithful block to be more unite than ever before.
We will see each others often in the future, since we inhabit same region after all. As a native residents of the Providence, our presence predates even the CVA alliance. Im glad you are in Providence, safeguarding it, and keeping hexers out of our posses and mines.

And I accept this apology, and the extended hand of friendship, in the spirit in which they were offered, and take back the words I uttered during the duration of the hostilities, for this proves they were undeserved.
I hope peace will from now on reign between IPHAR and CVA, and that our attention will never again be taken from the enemies of the Empire, who are our common enemies.
