You know the score: I've held over 10bn in public funds unsecured on multiple occasions before. My alts which total in excess of 400m skill points ( probably more ) are known to several members of the community. There is no collateral for this offering, invest at your own risk. Even at the greater of 80% collateral that still leaves 12bn unsecured, so yes, in the past I have held in excess of 10bn unsecured. Either way, I consider myself to have a reasonably good risk profile after the number of offerings I have done and I have not increased my offerings to a dangerous level of risk. If I was to expand this bond - I view it as highly unlikely - the Term of this bond is only 30days at which point investors will be either returned their isk or offered a rollover/new deal. Edit: I should also add that I have no outstanding public debts.

My characters are known to a few members of the community ( atima is the only one I actively use to seek funds ) and will disclose my characters if required. I don't want my political affiliations from those characters carrying into MD where I choose to stay a neutral party. As for the market sectors, I'm happy to disclose some of what I do - I speculate and flip high volume commodities in Jita. My other methods include importing items to jita at a significant markup and large volumes which is more of a fire and forget method. That is as much as I will say. I prefer to run bonds for 30days as it removes any longterm commitments from myself and my investors. If I require it to last longer I can offer a rollover or seek further investment.

I hope you will consider increasing the rate. Sorry Cista. At this point in time I won't consider increasing the rate. I feel the rate offered is reasonable for the risk/reward and similar if not better than other bonds currently running. I may reconsider at a later date.

There's a large difference between being accused of scamming and being so good at it (or hiding it), that none of your victims show up on the forums/public avenues... That there is. My characters have never scammed in the past and 10bn is not even a remotely tempting ammount for myself.
