Okay 2 suggestions in this thread:
1. The helios gets bonuses to a) cov ops cloak b) covert cyno & c) Scan Probes why can it fit only 2 of these at one time?! it makes absolutely NO SENSE AT ALL how this ship can be designed around a role and not use all three... it's just... huh?!
2. We have bubbles that prevent us from warping, how about bubbles that prevent us from lighting a cyno field? or just incorporate that feature into existing bubbles...
I mean picture the scene... an alliance wants to take sovereignty in a dead end system as a foothold, the SBU is on lining and the gate is bubbled... any rapier/arazu/cyno ship has to make it PAST the bubble and the camp before it can light the cyno so their super caps can jump in to take care of the threat...
before that point... the enemy can only use sub caps to break the invaders defenses, therefore making them use their brains to figure out how to stop the interlopers!
"oh but then alliances will just log off supers/caps in dead end systems" yes... they would but would this splitting of firepower be such a bad thing?

Makes perfect sense if you take a look at the PG/CPU the Helios provides and what all those modules need.

I'm sure that alliances would never EVER think about one or several backup cynoships to light up a beacon outside that bubble

1) you know, you dont have to use them all at once? The bonuses still apply, even if you fit just one of the bonused modules. For people requiring all of them at the same time, the helios is the wrong ship.
2) no, that would tend people tu bubble everything up to 200 from the gate, a cyno is a nice way to bust a bubble camp, which get really annoying even without a cyno jamm feature.

I was going to make this part of a larger post later on once my computer was back online, but here goes...
My suggestion to #1 is to make stealth modules fit into the midslot. Considering that virtually all other highslot mods are things you point at somthing else, it makes more sense to make it a midslot mod, which frees up high slots for the Helios but would require the entire stealth bomber class to be rebalanced - they wouldn't need the 5th highslot anymore and would need it put somewhere else.
I don't have enough fleet experience to answer #2 though. Isn't that what cyno jammers are for?

Very good question, maybe it could do with a 2nd highslot, or simply you are to choose between scanning and cynoing. I dont know what CCP had in mind.

Would be very nice indeed, it does work against people jumping out, why isnt it preventing the same person from jumping in ?

Yeah and station-games with hot-drops using titan/black-ops would be reduced aswell to somewhat more fair combat. ---

neither there is fair combat in eve nor CCP should enforce it in some ways. New Eden is an unfair and harsh universe per definition.
