So I was watching clips from the old Robocop TV series on YouTube at 5am this morning, as you do, and I came across this little gem fifty seconds into this video: The EVE Online logo!  I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere else, so I thought I'd throw it up here.

Well unless they bought the license for the logo then yes. Since the EVE logo is a blatant rip-off. So
1) Consult with lawyers. Contact the copyrights holders to the tv-series, can probably buy it for a pittance.
2) If they used out-of-house people for the logo, sue them for fraud. They obviously didn't do their contractual work.
Most likely nothing much will happen because of this, except one thing: The lawyers will earn their retainer.

EVE logo already a REGISTERED TRADEMARK, therefore there is no copyright infringement to be had. It may look severely similar, but CCP was first to register it. That is all.
