The 11.3bil is the NPC value and is just noted here so investors have an idea of the firesale value of the prints. The prints that will be purchased will all be researched so the amount left over will probably be in the range of 1-2bil rather than 4.7. There is also nothing to stop the OP drawing on the remaining cash to grab some extra prints to throw into research if he doesn't want the remaining isk, however much that turns out to be once the purchases are made, left idle. |

Okay guys, i'll clear this up for everyone.
Isk is sent to *RAW23* tomorrow (NOT Myself!).
Interest will be paid on the tenth of every month.
Number of BPO's being brought is irrelevant, i will endeavour to make up as much of the 16B in BPO's in possible, but that will NOT affect your interest payments.
