Just a quick sanity check here
The damage bonus of the BCU2 (10%) applies to torps doesn't it? I'm 99% certain it did last time I used a stealth bomber
Reason for asking is because I have a hound fit on an alt which isn't receiving the damage bonus :

Now EFT says the charge damage should be 1504 per torp (including implants).
In Eve the fitting screen says 1258 per torp, in or out of station. Putting the BCUs offline does not alter the charge damage (stays at 1258) but it does affect the rate of fire. Repackaging the ship or relogging makes no difference.
So is anyone aware of a change affecting torps and BCUs? I have had a look but can't find anything.

CPP deployed something called Dogma with Incarna, which was a total re-write of the underlying item and attributes system that they promised wouldn't affect a thing that anyone would notice in game even though it was tossed in at the last minute.
Lots of people are finding skill and module bonuses not being applied to drones and ships. But it's not a really big problem that spaceships are broken in this spaceship game, and they said it will be fixed at some time in the future, date uncertain.
In the meantime, can I interest you in a US$70 monocle?

It's a known issue that they've been trying to fix ever since the patch.

I did and it is a known issue.
Having done a little more checking on other ships I have issues with bonuses (of various modules) not being applied on everything from inties to command ships.
Hardly surprising people don't bother staying logged in for long is it?
Still we have dysfunctional barbies and monocles so that'll keep the game going mmmm?

Yes it has and no it is NOT being applied. Its a known bug. The RoF bonus is being applied correctly, damage is not.

Have the same problem with my tengu and HAM's. 301 dmg inn eft versus 218 on live.

There was a know bug where some bonuses where not applied but that it supposedly fixed already. The bug where the damage bonus from BCS does not display in fitted missiles is as old as the game itself. Now I have been away for 2 years so they might have fixed it in the mean time but a quick check through the patch notes does not claim such a fix. So until someone gives my actual evidence to support your claim I am going to assume the problem you are all having is the old display bug problem and not the actual damage not being applied bug. ---------------------------------------- "Memories are meant to fade. It is a confirmed bug. Its fixed internally. The damage bonus DID show before they screwed up dozens of modules - which incidentally aren't fixed on the live server either.
It is NOT just a display bug, the damage bonus is NOT being applied. RoF bonus is.
I don't honestly care what you think you can remember from years ago matey.
Edit - and just for anyone else who thinks they know better :
Thank you for your bugreport - ID:114876 Title: Ballistic Control System II only gives RoF bonus to torpedos. Damage bonus is not applied.
This problem has already been fixed on internal CCP test servers. When this fix will reach Tranquility is dependant on whether it can be hotfixed, or requires a larger patch.Your bugreport has been filtered.

Has anyone figured out a way to force the bonus to start applying again? Offlining/switching BCS wasn't working, but I haven't been able to try repackaging BCS because I'm in WH space.

Repackaging doesn't help - well it didn't help me with the Hound. The other "workarounds" of logging etc don't work either.
Its wait for the patch really. Seems to be prevalent on modules with two bonuses but that might just be me.

You all have the wool pulled over your eyes, they're lieing through there teeth. This of course is a stealth nerf to destroy the drake and tengu's popularity. That way the true rulers of space(The Amarr) can again be the dominant forces of eve.

I don't recall the in-game fitting screen having a DPS readback. I know EFT does.
dps = charge damage * launchers / RoF(in seconds) so long as you have the same ammo in all your weapons.
So on the fitting screen or in space you can click on show charge info and get your damage. Then click on show turret info and get your RoF.
Now deactivate/unfit your BCS and look at the info again. Note differences to RoF and damage, if any.

As far as I noticed, no, the damage bonus was never displayed in the loaded missile showinfo. Then again, I haven't checked after every patch. A few people seem to think it was fixed some time in the recent past (can somebody point out WHEN that was? I can't remember it being in any patch notes, but then again, I haven't carefully read every last patch note either). But they broke it again with Incarna if it was ever fixed, that much is certain. Oh well

You are confused.
Missile charge info has been in the fitting screen for months, if not years. I know what you're referring to - show info on a launcher in space, not on fitting screen - but that's not what the problem is.
The charge info shown on the fitting screen prior to Incarna altered when you fitted a BCU. It doesn't now and the damage bonus is NOT being applied in space. Test it out yourself, its quite repeatable.

Tested it out in a CNR with cruises, damage bonus not shown on charge info from fitting screen but shooting a volley at a random structure still gave me what EFT said I should get from a volley. Seems to be applying the bonus for me, just not showing it.

Edit: tried it with some siege launchers now too, same as before. Doesn't show damage bonus on charge info but seems to do correct damage when shooting a structure.
I checked it last week on a stationary BS (painted just to make sure) and it wasn't applying. Doing the maths on the resists and damage gives me a figure of 1248 per torp which is 10 below the figure shown on fitting screen and 200 or so below the "real" damage. I wasn't the only one either.
I'll take another look and see if its changed during the week if I cba
