Sick of the continual updates to fix things that should be have been done in the upgrade. Ya know I've played free games with better updates and less fixes. Any reputable business gives their customers credits and gifts for their inability to provide a paid service. So far the server has crashed repeatedly over and over, I've had to take time out of my day to download update after update AFTER an UPGRADE to the ''New and Improved EVE Online Incarna'', and sat by while CCP turned off their servers because they were getting hacked. I still haven't received any credit, just smug reports on the web site. No customer service here at all. Whats more is I buy a year subscription and IT ISN'T EVEN FOR 365 DAYS IT WAS SHORT WTF IS THAT?!?!? So not only do I pay for a year subscription I get screwed on server crashes, time spent downloading fixes because things aren't tested extensively enough before releasing(HEY JUST MICROSOFT DOES), and on top of that I don't even get a full year subscription. Year subscription should encompass about 400 days to compensate for all the downtime and BS here.
