Every person i know in real life that plays eve heard about it from word of mouth. All ccp is doing now is getting us to collectivelydo such a thing. I don't know about you guys but I have some great memories from different times in this game and I don't care how much eve has changed. I will have those memories all my life, and the least I can do to thank Ccp is to at least share a story or 2 and maybe get somebody to join the game and make their own memories. I love this game and I hope all of you bitter vets can put your current feelings behind you and think back to your favorite times. That first time undocking, your first ship loss, the first time you scammed somebody, first awesome ship. Whatever it is, you have great memories and getting other people to make new memories with you is the whole damn point of this game. And for those of you too bitter to want new people to have great memories, then maybe you can get new players to join so they too can become bitter.

Anyone whos ever played an MMO before should be happy as **** CCP expand the realm of EVE Online for no additional fees beyond your subscription. EVE is their vision and they already listen to the cry babies enough. Cry babies are the reasons many of the things that got nerfed we all miss so much from the past are now gone/tweaked beyond repair. As for releasing new content, its not like CCP has ever continued with a new mode of gameplay as it was anyway (FW, PI, etc). Everyone is 'so proud' of EVE Online being full of 'adults who are too mature for wow' but all they ever do is cry like an 8 year old girl.

I just want to know what his fitting was and where I can get my revenge. As for the free advertizing, I talk about this game all the time. Hell I point my friends at the Zero Punctuation review of EVE to anyone interested. I see ZERO problem with this contest, and applaud the fact that they are willing to REWARD the people who are already doing this by making previous stuff eligible.

In fact, that Incarna "feature" has caused me to start playing a LOT less (seriously, just sitting for a full minute gets really really boring). It's barely an hour a week now, compared to what was often an hour or two a day before the expansion. However, I think it's probably best to just say what you think is wrong with it and then unsubscribe, rather than post a long rant over it (though that point may wind up being moot since I'm posting this). Also, the NeX makes me groan. Still, the others need to respect the fact that the whiners usually have valid points. To be quite honest, this is probably the last I look at the forums for a while anyhow. Sounds like another whiner, since u can uncheck the stations interior and play EVE again without waiting for CQ to load. as far as im concerned ... station spinners dont have much to complain about since theyre not even playing the game themselves.

BUT i almost agree with the most posts, eve was (and is..) a part of my life and i hope to keep on playing as long as it's breathing and kinda living world just as it was ever before. Fix the new HUGH (like the big beasts in starship troopers) bugs and keep on doing your work like ever before, with good ideas, open ears for the community and by heart. I think if all these important game-fixes are done, most of the community will go back on playing and well... care or don't care about a DOOR and some nice and smoothy pants... AND of course will have much more intention and commitment on your (or should i say our..?) ''advertising'' project - to come back to the roots of the topic...

If you got a problem with a door, DonÆt look at it. Hell for that matter they added an option to turn off the station environment. And if you donÆt like the monocle, donÆt buy it. Ok problem solved. As anything else if you stand still, you will be left behind. Look at some of the old YouTube video and tell me if you want to go back to those graphics? The game be long gone by now. The competition it taught out there. No new players would start playing the game if the game was like it was a few years ago. IÆm sure the game costs CCP considerable more to maintain now than it did back then. Eve needs all the marketing they can get. And for the rest of us, JUST PLAY THE GAME. Most of the old features are still there. CCP created a one of a kind game. I say we just play the Game and give CCP trust that they will keep making eve one of a kind
