I try to open it but it says:
Station atmosphere not yet decontaminated for capsuleer consumption.
Do i need a skill to open the door?

You are looking at all Incarna has to offer in it's current state.
Just to preempt another question.
No, you cannot invite anyone into your quarters yet.

Also, before u ask, no u cant run...
and the WORST thing is, there is NO remote to watch tv with

Yeah ... CCP has moved to a frequent update cycle where instead of a few big updates they're making more little ones ... thus ... the extremely little functionality contained in Captains Cabin. If I were them ... I'd not have bothered.
What I had expected - was to see my character looking like they did in the character creation section of the game ... but that is NOT what I got ...
Now ... I've not said this in a few months ... so I'll take this opportunity to say it again ...
I'm afraid I don't see any purpose in Incarna except that of making Emote Videos of my cute chick characters dancing - to post on You Tube.
Here's my two examples (which I did not create) that I always post when I make comments about what use Incarna is - and yes - these are the same two links as always:
Oblivion
Guild Wars
And ... finally ... last but far from least - the ONLY reason I would ever GIVE A DAMN about being able to run my character around in EVE ... is if we can do THIS - IN EVE:

When Incarna gives us cute chicks dancing in their undies or machine guns - then I'll care.

Even worse, you can't even sit on the bed, let alone lay down
At least you sit on the settee, although there is no remote for the TV screens, which are just adverts anyway
