Can you please report what driver version you have and if it is old visit the appropriate link below to update your drivers:

We are currently looking into this issue but have yet been able to reproduce it so any further information would be greatly appreciated.

Seeing the same thing here. Only an issue after the new update. Have cleared the cache and restart the client 3 or times now, still getting "black !" icons.
Win 7 pro, GeForce GTX 580, Driver 275.33
Hi Gwen, could you please file a bug report with a logserver report attached. You can find information on how to run/save a logserver report by going here: http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Log_Server
Once you have logserver running, log into the client, open the window where you get the missing icons and once the exclamation mark is shown you can close the client, save the logs and file the bug report.
Once filed please post here to let me know so I can take a look immediately.

Hi all, we believe we've isolated the cause of the issue and we'd like to how many of you have the 'Civilian Salvager' turret amongst the other icons that arent rendering?

It seems that anything that has an Icon is infected as long as I have one in my possession, even if it's just in my Items Hangar.
This indeed the case, I checked through the bug report and the problem is caused by the Civilian Salvager no having the proper icon assigned to it, the fix is already in place however I don't know the time schedule for its deployment.
For now it seems best to just not have a Civilian Salvager or to store it somewhere special so the icon for it doesn't try to render.
