im looking into a legion for PVE and/or PVP
- would a HAC be better value for money?
- if i did use it should i fit it with lasers or HAMs?
oh and if anyone has a good fit please post it

- Pvp.
- Proportionally (using ISK to scale them), yes a HAC would be a better "value". However, a HAC cannot perform like a legion, and cannot do what a legion does.
- Preference, but HAM seems to be a popular choice. |

A HAC can't have a +50% probe strength bonus. A Cov Ops frig can't actually run most of the sites it finds.
