Just my 2 isk, but I prefer Amarr. It has better range (than minmatar, the other logical choice) and my favorite: it's not easy to simply run out of ammo. That in itself is worth something.

- Pvp. - Proportionally (using ISK to scale them), yes a HAC would be a better "value". However, a HAC cannot perform like a legion, and cannot do what a legion does. - Preference, but HAM seems to be a popular choice.
