here is some ideas for eve :-
1)super hvy dictor (t2 battleship) 2)super hvy battleship (newer bigger more hvly armed battleship) 3)Adjust the primae planetary commodities hold up to 10,000m3 (which is same as spaceport)

I almost want to say yes to this. Would be nice to have something more survivable than a hictor.

Because everyone would instantly fly them and nothing else. Not only would all T1 Battleships be rendered irrelevant, but so would Battle Cruisers, and to a lesser extent HACs and Marauders. A T2 Resist, DPS boosted Battleship would just make Eve even more standardized than it already is.
... UNLESS... there was a significant, harsh skill time associated with it. Cap level training time.

Then it would take literally a month -- maybe even two! -- until everyone flew it.
If it's that much better, it will be that much in demand.

1)super hvy dictor (t2 battleship) No. Redundant and pointless. Interdictors and HICs are more that enough for the uses game. The HIC is as mean as needed for any use.

redundant, pointless, useless... are you compensating for something because bigger ain't better in EVE. Before caps and super caps with BS as the largest hulls EVE was more balanced, now everyone just shows up in caps... if anything all caps need a huge nerf batting against any sub-caps, and then people would start to use them in fleet... the day caps showed up is the day that the game went south in a major way. THEY where meant by CCP to be uber RARE, and almost unique in the game... they made it so that it took 1000s of people to get one build! and you see now that they are SO prolific because skills and resources are always something that eventually will be in abundance, and so will the products... when someone shows up with 35 Titans in a conga line you know the balance is borked!

there is a reason you have to make trips and take time, it's called balance and market supply v. demand, when you want the I have effortless ISK you are wrecking the game, already we need a super-nerf to resouces to correct the market, you can't make any ISK on much of anything anymore...
If you want your uberpwnedbbq whatever stuff please find it in another game, EVE isn't about this...

I don't know, HICs are extraordinarily squishy in serious fights.

Adjusting the Primae's hold to make it useful has nothing to do with supply at all. Supply is determined by planetary yields not the ship. It would actually be nice to have the primae be even remotely useful compared to a T1 industrial, many of which can easily exceed 10k m3.

this I never even undocked my primae, as there is no point my lower skilled alt(read the one still training) can get 11k in an iteron mk3 with t2 expanders (no rigs) with my higher skilled alt(read the freighter one) I get 38k with an iteron 5.... I ain't positive but I think the whole days worth of a spaceport fits

Well I would like an Orca with 3x Stripe miners, rather than just drones to mine with solo... It seems I NEVER undock it unless I am in a gang... what a worthless ship, it would be useful IF it could strip mine like a hulk and have several times the cargo!... it's got nothing to do with the market, it have everything to do with the usefulness of the ship!... put 3x strips on the Orca!
I am sorry you have to make multiple trips in your primae, for a free ship it sure is useless... I would blow it up and go back to a industrial!

Going back to an industrial is what people do, which proves it's worthless. It's a PI ship that is outclassed in PI by regular industrials. You comparison to an orca with strip miners misses the point. The orcas purpose is to provide mining support, not mine itself, and it does a good job of it. The Orca has a role, and works well within that role. The primae also has a role, but fails at it.
Orca never undocks unless in a gang. Primae never undocks... ever.
You do have one point, it was free.
