Hello there,
I have a question...
I wanna run level 4 missions
Here's my Maelstrom's fitting:

I have tried to run level 4 missions, but it was just too much for me...
Any suggestions what should I change in my fitting?

Hi, your fitting is all over the place and nothing really matches up with anything else
The Maelstrom should be fit with either Artillery or Autocannons rather than Lasers.
The ship also benefits from a shield booster, but you've got a somewhat passive shield tank going on there.
Try changing out the lasers for autocannons and dropping shield extenders for resistance modules.
You should so pack some light and medium drones rather than just light drones.
This is mostly what I fly at the moment. Swap out T2 with T1-Best named if you need.
If you've got high skills in either lasers or missiles then you might be better off getting a different ship that would match those skills.

this has to be a troll post no way can somebody have gotten into level 4 missions and fitting ships that poorly.

It's possible for awhile there I was a low sec pirate, and did things in nothing but the cheapest of rifters. Trust me there are a lot of fail fits out there. I have taken on more than 1 BS that was worse fitted than this, the only thing that stoped me from killing them sometimes is that they equiped single shield booster or armor repper or I just ran out of ammo. But they could not kill me on several occasions, this was with this character back when it had the starting skill SP and than a couple of hours training to get Scrams and Nos fitted. So on quite a few occasions they had to call in backup to get rid of a lone frigate, one guy had to drag his friends out of other games to kill me. Disadvantage of being a lone wolf I guess, I had no backup myself.
