I can see your point but with a large company like CCP, there's always plenty of people bound to be working on stuff other than the current top issue. I mean, it's not as simple as telling the guys in marketing to stop thinking about how to broker the store to the more reluctant parts of the playerbase and get down to fixing a bug in the codebase instead or somesuch.
