I had left the game for a while, found out they stopping run lottery for T2 BPO already. So what do they do with getting T2 BPO now? Instead of the lottery?
I have been searching for it for days, and still get nothing, the offical site says it can be found from R@D agent. But i dont see a way how to get it from R@D agent, could someone send me a tutorial link of this, thanks!

Buying them from players is the only way to get them now. Be aware they go for many billions of ISK though. Some such as Cap Recharger II's and Hulks can approach 100 billion ISK in price.

As the above poster said, the only way to acquire T2 BPO's is to buy the ones currently in existence.
You can however use the invention system to produce T2 BPC's for your manufacturing needs. There are plenty of invention tutorials and guides out there.

Nothing.
No new T2 BPOs have been created since. And never will be anymore.
If you want one, you have to get it from somebody who already has one.

end 2006 or early 2007 sounds about right for the last of them to be get 'lotto winners'
I don't have the eve-mail anymore, it got whacked with the inbox cleanup to 'reduce lag' a while back or I'd look(it was one of the last releases)

From the very last run of the lotto. Talk about luck, it was the only lotto I was able to participate in, and only had about a month or so worth of research in.
Although happy to have won something, I was still pretty disappointed that thatÆs what I had won instead of something good. At least it was made slightly better via the nerf-bat as back then nobody used EM ammo because everything had such a high natural EM resist. I was all, æMan, what the hell man, why couldnÆt my starship research have won.Æ

ya, wasn't it like half the ships had like 80% back then?
I faired a little better with mine then, but I had almost all mechanical and electrical engineering agents, so I got me an Ogre 2 BPO... which if I ever decide to sell it will still net me a nice chunk of pocket change

/jealous. I never won one. I didn't care what it was, I just wanted to win one. Don't think I've even touched my agents since then, so I really do have 5+ years of datacores from 5 agents built up.

CCP create a new kind of hells lottery with bpo for suppress the T2 bpo lottery
CCP indicate if some old bpo are destroy they a new bpo will be gain by old lottery ( never seen since 2006)
-The RP (reserch point ) now can be exchange for obtain Datacore ( part of research require component )
-The BP Hells lottery are only BPC with negative ME
-The Hells lottery are base on Lottery "throw-in" ,( see bernouilli /binomial law and distribution serie ...) the market and traders /producers are not mature to count with this parameters ... (paradox of st petersbourg)
the way to get R&D agent are same than old lottery ( skill in way of research ( Science Section of skill )

decent chunk of change if you cashed them in, won't buy a t2 bpo but should allow for a lot of fun
