You do realize an incursion fleet has near the same capabilities of a PVP fleet, with logi and heavy resist right?

I can't say the same for the others here but I only run incursions for fun. Often while waiting for the time to go out and pew pew with my corp.
Point is, nothing the OP is planning is original. And the fact that he didn't know the oldest trick in the book shows his inability to pull off somthing like this.
Seriously, rifters and smartbomb rattlesnakes? Is that the best he can come up with? A decently fitted T2 or T3 incursion ship can easily hold out long enough for concord to do their job.

You sir are in fact, a moron. The smartbombs are to get the PODS (they are filled with tears) and saying smartbombing Rattlesnakes is so laughable I am not sure if you are trolling or not. Our main damage will come from the Glorious battleships of our brothers-the Sanshas.
Smartbomb rattlesnakes are very viable. They are practically miniature doomsdays.
And why would you attack with the ships the incursion runners are fitted to destroy?
