man oh man what a night
24 kills 6 losses
forsaken had superior numbers and the help of 2 other corps and still couldn't seal the deal we actually killed some of you guys more than once in that 12 minute battle.
anyhow the AAR:
Small Groon fleet (welcome back brosephs)makes its way down to the VV pipe after suffering some small losses in a 3 way (Forsaken's favored method of engagement, jump into someone else's fight)
well we regrouped and headed down the pipe in a pretty decent 15 man (aprox) shield BC fleet.
Welp before long we run into a small gatecamp and break it up, but before long theres like 25-30 guys sitting on perches over the M2 gate in VV-VCR, a mixed bag of forsaken, moon warriors, and some affiliated corp called self destruct (very apt name)
so we wait... and wait... and wait. Finally they are happy with their situation, they know there's no supercap fleet in M2 waiting to jump them, they have enough numbers, at least 2:1 if not more.
So they start burning towards us. Here's where forsaken tactics come into play. as the fleet is aligning for the gate, they keep holding, and holding. at one point 3 of their ships are burning for the gate and have moved inside 150km, so they are effectively out for a moment
The rest all jump down to the gate and we all pile out into M2 :)
Then once we got in we warped to the JH gate and realigned to the VV gate as the forsaken fleet piled into m2 from VV. We warped back to VV gate and cross warp about 1/3 of their fast tackle and land on the gate just in time for the heavy stuff to jump in.
we just kept killing, primary, primary, primary... down the list, they kept warping in... pop, pop, pop.
and they proceed to lose 4 drakes 3 Harbs 3 Vagas 7 Hurris 2 myrms 1 maelstrom 1 falcon 1 lachesis 1 velator (luls)
while the smaller groon fleet suffered 2 hurris 2 Drakes 1 lol fit Scorp 1 Harb
Seriously guys, we love melting your faces, but all your astounding wealth won't make you better pilots, perhaps you should go back to empire.
and While we won't count on you actually adding your losses to your KB, you might earn a grain of respect for doing it.
You actually earned a little in my book for having the stones to stick it out for the full 12 minutes.
And to the ones who actually came back for more? A+
See you guys soon
Waitwaitwait a minute....
Do YOU mean to tell me you did this?!:
