Your being a A$$ threatening people as such. Its not the Winners fault they bid on a "Gank Kill Secured" item. You should show some Balls and go after the seller IMHO. Is the inconvenience of opening up the market window and doing a simple region wide search that difficult? Man, if my prey is this stupid, this is going to be a piece of cake... What do you guys do?
