if you open up the corp tab in game, then go to allainces you can sort by number, thus getting pretty update info :)

Dotlan can give you a pretty good idea of Alliance ranking by any standard you chose including corps, members, and sovereignty.

How did you get the alliance logo? I thought an alliance had to have 150+ active members for that.

The member requirement is relatively new. Many alliances, before that was instituted, had logos that didn't meet the new standard. They were allowed to keep their logos after the change.

Check out the star map and user the sovereignty filter.
You can get a real time view now of what's going on in 0.0 space, from what I've gathered GoonSwarm and White Noise seem to have the biggest masses of stars overall.

That. Plus he was grandfathered in. Way back in the day you didnt need 150 people in the alliance to have a logo.
