s0lar pulse	Posted - 2011.08.11 17:18:00 - [5] Before I was able to fly the Tengu. I put a solo Loki together. It was the first T3 i ever flew, solo with no scout. It was suppose to memic what the Tengu is capable of and it is a gimp version of it. It is faster and can pop frigates alot quicker than the tengu can, but damage projection is poor. The fleet setup I have never tried, but it's just a huginn/tengu off-shoot with long web range, more tank and does 350dps (navy ammo), without drones. Instead of the 500 (navy ammo) most Tengu setups are able to produce. The Tengu is still alot better @ range/nano and the Proteus is better close range. Loki, just does everything well. I used crystals and zors custom navi on the solo loki setup. 800m/sec ab and 1600m/sec mwd. The 'Logi Subsystem' is the subsystem with the 5% shield resists bonus. Its secondary effect is 10% more Shield Transfer capacity, which in the strictest sense classifies as 'logistics' although the range on the transfers is still **** poor.
