I have noticed that while some implants are available on the jita market they can not be found in the Federation Navy Loyalty Point Store.
What is up with this?
Do I have to go to a Fed Navy station in low sec or null?
Or
Is every location of the same corps LP store have the same available goods?

Is a perfect example.. All the lesser versions of this implant can be found in the LP store.. However this one is nowhere to be found..
If Its not in the LP store then how the hell dose it find its way to the jita market?

AFAIK that implant is available through the CONCORD LP store. If you will need to run incursions if you want to get those implants directly from an LP store.

There appears to be a large amount of implants that are not on the market at all.
I am frustrated because alot of the implants that do 6% to something arent showing up on any market.

The CONCORD LP store is the only place to acquire the 2, 4 and 6% implants (or their various other counterparts for attributes which don't go as 1/3/5% on the standard ones.
Pirate faction LP stores are where T2 implants are purchased.

That would explain why there are so few of them in circulation.
I will head to a concord LP store right away and see about buying some of these elusive +6% implants.
I really hope CCP decides to release a faction omega learning implant.

Fixed it for you.
Can also check contracts to see if any are available.
