Was that last part intentionally directed at CCP or was that just a complete coincidence?
Once you get past the crappy mic quality in the beginning, the voicework seems like it fits right in in most spots. Bit soft in a few areas.

I find EVE to be quite upbeat!... Reality IS the Dystopia!
EVE:
1. People talk and co-operate
2. Economy works
3. Currency is stable
4. Each person has a home, and some kind of employment or means of earning income.
Reality:
1. People are isolated and never speak to eachother.
2. Economy is in a wreck.
3. Currency is a wreck.
4. Homelessness, Unemployment, etc...
I sign on to EVE to avoid the dystopia that is presented to us daily on the "news" and by the "politicians"

Dude. I could load a movie into you and watch it against a wall, you're that good at projecting. I made the damn thing, I know what themes are and are not intentionally there.
Among other things, I'm pro-NeX, so I'm definitely not going to have a jab at it. I'm more likely to have a jab at you for trying to turn everything you see into a discussion about the things that bug you.
This is a video made for the joy of how pretty some of EVE's trailers are, for exploring the philosophy of the universe, and for love of the game and setting. nothing more. Stop trying to make it be about your crusade, because it isn't.

Welcome to being an artist m'lad. You've made something sufficiently powerful and deep that it means different things to different people.
I don't see a jab at CCP's NeX, because I don't see NeX as an attempt at a utopia, but I do see a declaration of steadfastness against anything that is not new and vibrant, so I see a jab at their refusal to redo faction warfare etc.
Anyway, its a bloody good video, and I think the mic muffling adds to the effect. The voice acting falls down mainly when too much of your own accent comes through, but its only jarring in one or two places, which is very impressive for a first go at voice acting.

You linked to the longest portion of the video with no voiceover, which is footage straight from the "Future Vision" video. I'm sure you think there's a point in there somewhere, care to elucidate?

Very nice one. Ending leaves a feeling of a scene missin but overall this video is one of the best i have seen about EVE Online and very nice to include Dust 514 scenes in there. Artist deserve a standing ovations! Very creative and very nice.

Damb Stitcher, that's pretty pro. I like it.
If I had a criticism, it would be that the subtitles feel out of place. The classic white text on black bar at the bottom would be best IMO.

This was actually really great.
Even the microphone artifacting helped it, though the dynamics of the voice-over to the music need work.
