use battleclinic, incursions.nexsoft don't let you edit or add fits, so basically it's down to a couple fail pilots... this however

Battleclinic and Foomoo
The problem with battleclinic is that once you know enough about ship fitting to be able to tell which fits are good and which ones are crap, you're good enough to just come up with a fit of your own. |

1)6bil for a vindi? wtf? Imps and all, I spent maybe 2bil on mine, probably less.
2)The vindi I spent said isk on with perfect skills puts out a hair over 2k DPS with perfect skills 8using void, no idea how you're getting so little DPS with your fit.
3)Vindi gets a web bonus. 1 90% web is equal to about 4.5 60% webs (open up eft and try it) |

JK, Nah seriously, still, 2bil? Hyperion fitted is gonna run you half the cost of a Vindi hull. It's a decent alternative.
Incursions offer enough isk that if you really want to get into them, you should join an incursion corp; that 2bil will take you all of ~2 days to make. |
