Can someone please give me a clear non-trolled explanation of what this stuff all really means and how it relates to Eve. I'm still struggling with how we the players are benefitting from this. CCP have yet to say when your dressed up character will be able to meet other dressed up characters and interact with them.... Judging by the latest Dev blog... who the hell knows, they are delaying the release of more solo play CQs, and releaseing 'establishments' maybe later this year??? end of year??
