Anybody do one of these? If yes, what type of fleet did you use. Would i die a miserable death with just 3 ships: Tengu (the tank), Abad, Arma if we did it intelligently?

Me and my friend did this anom for the blood raiders, only the first one, not the 2nd or 3rd escalation. We just used 2 maelstroms, and a apoc. males tanked. It seems that the first and second escalations can be done with those. But the last one will need logi and beefy buffer. Ill edit as we complete it.

Yeah i was reading that a citadel torp would be launched for 180000 damage or something like that. Can that be speed tanked?

update: It is 180,000 em damage every 30 sec. Didnt do the one with the torps yet, but the other 2 we did with the maelstroms and apoc. The Stroms had to warp out to recharge cap, was getting neuted faster then cap booster could boost. We did get a faction cruiser spawn on the 2nd escalation.

Don't know if it helps, but i did the guristas version, all could've been done with an ishtar, but i got neut towers spawn at some point, and i used a carrier to rep the capless HAC. Station was doing like 500 damage / hit. was orbiting a can without ab on.. Guess it is similar, and this helps. :)

Ok, did 2 of these yesterday, we did them with a tank typhoon, active repped, Apoc and Maelstrom for dps. The 2nd time, went in with an active repped hyperion. That went well, until he got webbed and went down in 4 torps. Then came back in a platted domi, with guardian support. That went perfect, the domi tanked everything. But their were a few random 20,000 damage hits. We warped out, I repped him, and went back in. Happened about 4 times. Near the end had a Abbadon and Armegeddon come in for dps, went fine. Will upgrade to Damnation + Guardian, and dps for the next ones. Hope this helps.

HAC's with relevant resists and maybe somekind of logi have tanked these for ages. They are quiet easy.
Next time use google and read the evelopedia on the matter.

put an AB or your tank(even if its a BS) helps a lot to mitigate the dmg , i've done it in a dual rep domnix and an armagedon (the geddon had some remote ), i was lucky the dominix didnt get neuted when the neuting tower spawned , just orbit a cane or something the torp hit from 6k dmg to 1.5k with a AB
and i think the station webs too, so speed tank might not be the best thing to do , and get armor tanks cause shield tanks gonna melt
