I'm not quite ready to sell; there are a few more skills I want to flesh out first (like T2 Large guns and BS V), I'm just checking where he stands.

I've done some investigating and found out that Character Appraiser is kind of worthless, so I'm bumping to get a legitimate idea from other players what the price is for this toon.
Very focused combat pilot, +3s in current clone and a JC in Empire with +4s.

Alright, fair enough. I'm new to this, I didn't even know about that appraiser before last night. But everything I read about it was people complaining about it's flaws and unreliability.
Ty for the price quote, I just wanted it from a real player.

nice little toon there
and the character apraiser more then low balls its set up for people like earler posters to cry OMG ur not worth asking price tho on a few its pretty close.
it depends on how focused your training is what lvl 5's you have. those who sware by the apraiser are just traders looking to turn a fast profit.
good luck in ur sale mate enjoy the bump ;P

I'd agree with this statement. I don't think you should stick 100% to it, but its a good starting point.

The rule with the appraiser if you want a good deal is this:
If youre selling, start the bidding at what it says unless you need a fast sale
If youre buying, dont buy much above what it says (very specifically specialized characters not included)
The appraiser is accurate for average trained toons.
So youre a combat toon and also a hulk pilot? yeah, then the appraiser is accureate.
So youre a focused pvp toon with multiple T2 ship skills at 5 and maxed gunnery? then yeah, the appraiser will lowball you.
It's a rough guide but a useful one.
Like anything else, you need to also use your brain.

Alright, thank you all for the info.
I'm pretty focused into combat skills, so working under the assumption that the appraiser has lowballed me and adding the 25% I'm going to say this toon is worth 3.75 bil. Sound fair?
Thanks again guys, I may be putting this toon up for sale soon, or at very least for trade for another equivalent toon.

3.75 sounds fair, be prepared to be accept 3.5 or you might get a good day and get 4...
