Our corp - Victor Versatilis - is a small corp for new players who are mainly miners and mission runners. We were war decced by a few significantly more experienced players who seem to like one sided fights against noobs to improve their kill stats.
Discussions with them up until this point have proved futile and our previous agreement to have kills take place only within the Gulfonodi region where they reside has now been violated on multiple occasions.
Any support that can be provided in this regard is much appreciated as it is beginning to affect the morale of our newer players who are still learning about EVE and improving their skills.
The main aggressors are: Margo Fitch of Fitch Foundries (1 player corp that usually provides command ship support for the other corp) Brad Chang of Don't Regret Until Next Keg Hercules Fitch of Don't Regret Until Next Keg
If there are any experienced players interested in joining we are also looking for a Director of Security to help build our PvP capability.
If you are an upstanding member of the Eve community then please help us if you can.

This is the wrong place to talk about it, and I am sure you noticed.
I had a look at your KB, ouch is all I can say, first of all do not believe anyone who says they will keep it to one area, they are lying to get your guard down.
You will hear many people say go and fight them in cheap T1 ships, quite frankly there is no point, you will lose and add to their killboard, looking at your KB I think you may have taken that incorrect advice.
Being a small corp for new players is your issue, you are a prime target, if you go into another area they will follow you, they have no fear of you, you quite rightly realised that you need older players to step in, however they will not join your corp and neither will they step in to help you, people have their own objectives and unless they want a bit of pew as a primary objective they won't, you need to hire someone, but as you are a noob corp you don't have the funds. You are better off as a group joining another larger corp who has old players that know what they are doing.
Wait until you can fly at least fully T2 fitted Hurricanes / Drakes with BC V then set up a corp, then you have a chance.

Your best advice right here even though you dont want to hear it. When i was a nooblet some years ago i joined a small noob corp where the oldest player was maybe 6 -9 months old. They were mostly interested in missions and mining. We was constantly wardecced by wannabe pvp corps that were to scared to pvp in lowsec and null.
Even if you get rid of this wardec through a merc or boring them to death( how we usually did it), another one will replace it soon after more than likely. I moved to a better corp in a 0.0 renter alliance and improved my situation and went from there.
This too is your best bet. Find a corp with experienced players. Preferably one that is mixed both in player age and in pvp/non pve and join that. Work up from there. As you are your not going to get very much enjoyment out of Eve and your situation will greatly improve when you join a corp that isnt all noobs and has some people that pvp in it.

Only fight in cheap, T1 ships: Rifters, Thrashers, Ruptures. Canes/drakes too at a pinch.
Have everyone fit medium RRs on their ships, even if its just 1 and its not cap stable. Always rep the guy taking damage

They are a noob corp made up of noobs, of course their fits are going to be horrible, its what noobs do, lack of key fitting skills and simple knowledge make this so likely. Your comment is like getting up after dawn and saying the sun is up. Anyway I thought that you guys were banned from posting on CAOD?

First off go to battleclinic and find as many people as you can in that corp. Add them to your contact list, in people and places. That way you'll know when they are on. Second put local in a separate window, so you can see it better. Third, read up on gate camping tactics(ie find a system with one gate)(stick to high sec). Find an area your familiar with and make them come to you. Make bookmarks. United we stand, divided we fall. |
