This one does it all (well, almost). 500+ dps (heat). 500+ tank (with standard blue pill and heat). A probey, cloaky, ganky, tanky Tengu. I think this one goes to eleven.
[Tengu, Elevengu] Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II
Republic Fleet 10MN Afterburner Pithum C-Type Medium Shield Booster Pithum C-Type Medium Shield Booster Medium Capacitor Booster II, Navy Cap Booster 400 Domination Warp Scrambler Federation Navy Stasis Webifier
Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Hellfire Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Hellfire Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Hellfire Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Hellfire Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Hellfire Rage Assault Missile Covert Ops Cloaking Device II Sisters Expanded Probe Launcher, Sisters Combat Scanner Probe I
Medium Bay Loading Accelerator II Medium Ancillary Current Router I
Tengu Defensive - Adaptive Shielding Tengu Electronics - Emergent Locus Analyzer Tengu Engineering - Augmented Capacitor Reservoir Tengu Offensive - Covert Reconfiguration Tengu Propulsion - Fuel Catalyst
You can swap the Fuel Catalyst for a Nullifier, losing 1 BCU drops you down to 460 dps. You can plug the EM hole by dropping the T2 damage rig. But I prefer gank over tank.
The Medium deadspace boosters are expensive, but not stupid expensive (B- and A-types are stupid expensive).

It's not bad, but I would still use a disruptor and use range to my advantage.

Stay far, far away from anything with arty in that fit. One gank fit mael or tempest would be having a field day with those mods. |

If he uncloaks at 50Km and burns straight in then yeah I guess. If he uncloaks within point range and just orbits with afterburner on, I think that a large arty ship is going to have a very difficult time indeed with hitting him.
EDIT: looking at his resists, he should be far more worried about small/medium EM-dealing ships. God help him if a Crusader is anywhere close.
Malcanis' Law: Whenever a mechanics change is proposed on behalf of "new players", that change is always to the overwhelming advantage of richer, older players. |

Or you could just buy a SB and covops combo and not feel like ragequitting when you inevitably lose them.

Well yes, that's kind of obvious. But it can also ninja rat, while partaking in opportunistic PvP.
