I would guess by his use of the word app, that he means a version for running on Ios or Android.

Yes, I was referring to an EFT equivalent, that would be usable upon a mobile platform. And how might this be the wrong forum? The EFT download is in "Ships and Modules". Forum warriors gonna hate.

If you expect CCP to write it, this is the right forum. You're hopelessly optimistic, but whatever...
Otherwise, this belongs in the technology forum. (Or hey, here's a thought, post the question in the EFT thread, since you found that.

There is a fitting tool in the app 'EVE Universe.' However it's a "bit" buggy (skills and stats don't seem to be applied or applied randomly) and the UI is a teeny bit cumbersome.
