I'm looking for some Tengu fitting ideas. It will be used in 0.0 as a solo fighter and with that I'm thinking that it might be a fun idea to add a cloak to the mix. So any ideas and suggestions would be appreciated. Here is one I found with a little searching, tell me what you think.

Any other fit suggestions? Does not have to be a solo stealth but anything from solo to a 0.0 gang fit.

no such thing as solo pvp, you're gonna die against the enemy blob of 2k or more

The only thing you can solo with that setup is a lone farmer - and then you gotta hope his tank isn't very good.
Any PvP bc will own that, most HACs will be able to last 2 minutes or so, enough to bring their buddies from next system and finish you off. Being able to kill your enemy quickly is very important in solo pvp, otherwise they either deaggro and escape or bring buddies over.

You are forcing a fairly expensive hull, with MWD fit, into scram/web brawl range. You have no drone bay, no flare rigs and only a single web, so applying DPS to tacklers will be an incredibly slow, painful process. On top of all this, your DPS is subpar, meaning whatever you are brawling has time to get his buddies into the fight.
Basically, you are a going to lose this the first time you get PvPPPPPPP+.

100mn AB fits look interesting. I have no experience flying them though.

I'd say a kite fit would do better, with a nullifier to keep her safe from bubbles but no covert sub. Learn to safespot and d-scan instead, works almost as well. 100mn works, MWD works, but you shouldn't have to rely on web to kill smaller targets. Try battleclinic to get a general idea on how to fit it, but try not to use any of the fits exactly, especially not the top rated ones.
