So I'm having this char train pure frigate awesomeness. Imma max out everything relating to frigates. But what I'm looking for is a frig that can field a Salvager and Probe Launcher and still solo C1 sites, maybe C2 (not quite sure the dps output on them). Thought about the Ishkur can drones I hear get eaten alive and also a Hawk w/ only 3 Rocket Launchers, but that seems kinda pointless. Is there any Solo Salvager, Prober, Combat Frigate out there that run WH's? Fits welcomed

I've been doing C1's in a frigate for a while now, C2s are a bit tougher but you can probably manage or at least raid the Radar and Mag sites.
Basically what you want is a frigate with two utility high slots, or that depends primarily on drone damage. For that purpose, the Ishkur and the Worm are probably your best bet. The Succubus also has two utilities to my memory, but lasers are generally a bad idea with Sleepers (neuts).
To prevent drone popping, just keep an eye on them and carry spares. Fit highslots with core probe launcher and salvager(s). Should be set.
And as for 3 launcher Hawks, that can work. I was also looking at a 3 gun Wolf and 3 gun Enyo, but discounted them both for having only two midslots. You need one for AB, and then I prefer to have both codebreaker and analyzer ready as well as the salvager.
Good luck.

Is there a certain lvl of tank or dps I should aim for in a fitting?

If you have EFT, I usually find a cap stable 50 DPS tank to be sufficient. Your main tank is speed and sig radius, if you're in a tight orbit most Sleeper cruisers won't be able to hit you except with missiles, and even then only for barely any damage.
As for damage, Sleeper cruisers take a while to kill solo in an AF, but a full stock of t2 Hobgoblins with good skills should do just fine. Frigates die much quicker. If you want an actual number, I do alright with 150 paper DPS. Anything more is gravy.

I have a Enyo fit w/ Salvager and Prober that does 113 DPS and Omni-tank while being stable w/ AB on. I also havea retri fit that does 144 dps and 94 Omni-tank while being stable w/ AB and a Salvager and Prober equipped. If you think 50 dps tank is fine I could drop some tank mods and fit another MFS or HS then.
Also would Lasers be preferable in WH's due to lack of ammo consumption over AC's or Blasters?

Ammo consumption isn't so much an issue unless you plan on being in the wh for a long long time. What is an issue is that a lot of sleepers in C1s will neut you. Autocannons and drones are the weapon of choice. When they do neut you, your most important thing to try and keep running is the AB. Keep an eye on your capacitor readout and try to activate it whenever it goes up. You should be able to survive long enough.
The Retri and Enyo are both ships I would not use for this, if only for their dependency on cap to keep putting out DPS. The Worm or Ishkur are much better.

Ok, Well IDK how much C1's neut but here are the cap stats on both ships
11.8/13.5 - Retri 14.9/17.4 - Enyo Hopefully that'll be enough to keep stuff running through the neuts
I could squeeze some more cap out of each if I only have to tank 50 dps or so

C1's neut enough to cap out any frigate you can field. You should not use a Retri or Enyo for this, because you will get neuted and be unable to kill the Sleeper doing it. If you're dead set on it, you can try a cap booster to keep your cap up, but it'd be much simpler to use something that does DPS without cap.

Alright thanks for the info. I'll see what I can do with a Wolf then, I don't really wanna use a drone ship cuz I hate micro-managing stuff
