The most annoying thing is the word "we." Who? Do you have a mouse in your pocket? Because you most certainly don't speak for me and I wish you would quit presuming that you do.
In any game, or actually in any entertainment type venue, when ever a truly inspired individual or group of individuals have a vision and set out to make it so, there are always this handful of people that come in with this list of how to completely re-make everything into something completely different. Or rather, how "they" would have done it. But oddly enough, "they" never actually do anything but try to hijack other people's work.
As a fairly creative individual, I know I take great offense when I design something the way I see it and some know-it-all walks up and tells me how I *should* have done it because they (and only they) know *exactly* what will please *everyone* else.
I, for one, am very pleased with my game experience so far. I was in the beta, and I bought my copy right off the truck at Best Buy. They couldn't even get it in the store.
I am excited at what the visionary's at CCP will come up with in the future, if they are just allowed to create.
But if they create something *you* don't like, well that's just too bad. Participating in Eve is a purely voluntary affair. If you were to walk into any entertainment venue, a bar or a concert, and decided to tell the owners what they should do to improve the place, I'm sure they would politely nod their heads at you. But then if you became insistent and started to loudly go into a long drawn out rant of how the owners needed to apologize to you because they won't change things to suit you, you would be surely escorted out, regardless of the ticket price to get in. And, usually, this is to the great relief of the other patrons.
So, it's great it that you have some ideas. I'm sure we all have some ideas. But once you've presented them you have absolutely no right to demand that someone pay attention to you. It seems that you are of the mind that CCP must answer you. In fact you are demanding an apology and that they accept your ideas as law and begin coding a brand new game for you. You are completely deluded. If this were a concert hall, there would be a standing ovation as security escorted you off the premises.
Eve On-line is someone else's vision. The people that had the vision built it from scratch using nothing but coffee and ambition.
If you belive yourself to be such a genius, then form your own gaming company, do your own work, and create your own vision. Quit trying to steal someone else's.
