I would suggest seperating the voice volume from the rest of the effects, just as the music volume is seperated. This way, I can turn the voice up, the effects down, and the music off.
This will allow me to get maximum enjoyment from the game without annoying my family.

Agree.
Wouldn't imagine it would take much programming. And makes a more user-friendly set of options available. Who know's, it might even get thru without people whining about it.
(but then of course they'd say there's more things to worry about then sound options blahblahblahblah)

Alternatively, 'On' and 'Off' buttons for Warp Sound and Mining Sound. Maybe Station Sound as well. The sounds in station are mostly annoying and detract from the game rather than enhancing the experience.

B'DAMN! You guys work quick! I have never seen ANY Dev team commit to a suggestion so quickly. I love this game more and more each day. Thanks for everything.
P.S. I don't see how further replies can help in anyway; so I wont be crushed if the mods decide to lock this thread to avoid spammage
