You idiot minmatar are also failing to see that post ammo changes, amarr will output a lot more em and a lot less thermal making us even MORE predictable.
EM hardner > Lasers

I hope your not referring to the 10% we get? Or wait that cant be possiblly comparible to the 70% exp resistance you get non which covers 50% of proj dmg :s

Base EXPL Res: 10% Base EM Res: 60%
Crusader: Expl Res 30% Claw: EM Res 80%
What happens when you put a 50% active hardner on 60% base em res armor? You get 80% res.
Ok so what happens when you put a 50% active on expl? You get 55% res.
Once again, since you're slow.
Crusader: Expl Res 30% Claw: EM Res 80%
For no apparent reason, these racial resists are put on flat giving your bonus a 50% effectiveness while ours is 23%.

It has absolutely nothing to do with balanced racial resists at all, and ffs, you're predicting how a fight would go purely through numbers?

nope i cant model stupidty or luck per se especially in the rapidally changing scenario of frigate fights, but it was a direct response to your claim that if a claw fitted a thermal hardner everything would be hunky dory. All that models is if a claw and malediction were sat 5k from each other without moving who would win without taking into account tanking.

I seriously do not understand where you are coming from.
You are getting a 50% active em hardner for free, we are getting a 23% active expl hardner for free.
Those are the numbers, i did not make them up.

Listen dude, i don't give a **** about your math. I think i've made that obvious. You can't model inty combat, you have even admitted it. Please stop quoting that ridiculous crap.
Facts:
1. You get a built in 50% EM hardner
2. Post patch all crystals will be doing MORE EM damage
3. A Muninn/Vagabond has 92.5% base EM res, jesus
4. Our racial resists only cover a fraction of the actual damage you do. IE.
EMP does more EM damage then explosive.
44% of the damage is EM damage 36% of the damage is EXPL damage 18% of the damage is KIN damage
So basically, our resists help out with 54% of the damage you are doing while minmatar racial resists help out 100%
I can live with all of that, i really don't care; just stop ******* whining every god damned day

So sure? The distrubution is fairly even between em/thermal with many dropping EM for thermal.

Ok, thats my last post on this unless someone opens a new debate in this one or we continue to debate (hopefully cordially).
MF: 8.3% more EM Gamma: 17.5% more EM Xray: 10% more EM Ultraviolet: 10.4% more EM Infrared: No Change
Microwave: 20% more THRM - This crystal was nerfed in damage output
Radio: Was all EM, is still all EM, just does 28% less damage.
Many dropping em for thermal?
What on earth are you talking about.
