Currently using mine for Empire hauling and trading with this (cheap) setup:
High: 125mm Carbide rail (for small gate rats) + (empty)
Mid: 10mn ab1, small shield booster 1, + (rest empty)
Low: 3 x Cargo Expanders(Hauling) or 3 x Nanofibers (faster travel when empty)
I don't equip smartbombs, this helps to avoid Concordokken'd incidents *grins*
I also find a baseball cap, a beer and some country music pretty essential 
Anyone else care to share their setups for this hauler?

I only use my badger 2 for picking up ore after killing some npc mining ops, and the occasional time i have to haul for my corp *yawn*, so i use this to keep me alive long enough to run away.
Hi's - empty (I want a dmg bonus for this ship)
Med - 10MNab2, Med C5 shield boost, 1 of each shield hardner.
low - 3 cargo expanders.
I use 1 of each hardner coz angels seem to do all dmg types. Cap does get eaten quickly but it keeps me alive
I also have a battle badger set-up (who doesn't), but i aint sharing that one.

t2 AB + rechargers in mids

Use a Medium Pulse instead of a 125mm railgun. Saves you from having to carry ammo with you, however little thereof.

I always put a cloak on all my indys, handy if you need to hide.

No.....
If it is empire hauling, I'll use frigate to make insta BM. If trading run, AB will do just fine.
With the long locking time of indys, I do not encourage assault setup, rather, utilize your mid-slot for passive tanking. Gate rats seldom attacks unless u r too close to them.
I put all nos on Hi-slot for my shield booster in tight situation.

I got a "test" setup for war (i never tested it)
Hi: 2 energy transfer arrays
Med: small booster, 5 cap charger
Low: 3 cap power relays.
This setup is a "low end support ship": can transport ammo, and can give energy to mates.

I use this setup
High- Nothing but hope to use a cloaking device
Med - named cruiser AB * cap recharger * Med c5 shield booster * rest small shield extenders
Low - 2 cargo expanders * 1 nano for speed

4 x sensor dampner t2 +cap recharger ( hope you can lock n block b4 u get to warp )ecm maybe be better for 0.0 but u dont want sentries shooting you in a 0.4

I have no need in AB (only haul with BMs from Belt to station), so i build a shield tank. Cap and shield recharges very fast and the belt rats in higsec will be no problem. You can tank them forever - if they get to heavy use the railgun (or fit a blaster if they get very close).

well i hunt in a .5 with a badger 2
High:1 neutron Blaster small nos or smartbomb
Med:10mn ab 2 web 1 scram 2 cap rechargers
low:2 capacitor relays and a small armor rep
