perfect spport skills
all t2 launchers to spec IV (save for Rockets)
Jump Drive Cal V - while hs is pure subcap, you need a carrier to move your stuff around
36.5m SP in spaceship command, with;
All Race Frigate/Cruiser and Battleship V
Battlecruiser V
Assault Ships V
Black Ops V
Marauders V (in 6 days, also the reason that eveboard doesn't see 110m SP)

Recon V
Caldari/Gallente/Minmatar Strategic Cruiser IV
