A new EVE Chronicle has been added to the Chronicles section of the web site. This fortnight's instalment, penned by one of the player community's most notable authors, tells of a dark, out-of-the-way corner of the universe frequented by those who have been deemed wanting.
The next Chronicle will be out Friday, April 1st.
Enjoy. |

Theory:
Khadrea = The Minmitaar girl the new Arishapur heir was seeing on the side. (Reference: "Khumaak") When Old Ardishapur was murdered, he let her die with everyone else as the Tachyons came down.
An excellent read. Ever since "The Ray of Matar", I have wondered about the fates of the not-so-chosen.

One thing I'm curious about - Where is starkman prime - is it actually in the game? No Starkman system. --------

Silence you! You know better than to speak things in mediums like this! Your job is to smile, nod your head, and giggle inside to any references that only select few would understand. Back to your cage!
I like POTWs like this. Instead of giving us a day in the life for some joe average story that people don't really retain, here is an example that better fleshes out a culture in Eve, helping out the RP'ers with new material, and connecting dots in Eve's history.
I demand more cultural background POTWs much like this! ______

I'm glad everyone so far has enjoyed the chronicle - while it is written by yours truly, I merely put an idea into words; the topic itself came from RageChild (see if you can spot the tip of the hat to her in the chronicle). She was the one who brought up the concept of these outcast Minmatar, and inspiration hit me like a freight train - thanks also go to Gnauton for giving me a chance to do what I enjoy once more.
There is no Starkman system, or planet named Starkman Prime in Eve... this could be the result of an attempt to erase a bloody legacy from history, or perhaps merely pangs of guilt on Idonis Ardishapur's behalf, wishing to somehow atone for the sin of obliterating a race by offering sanctuary to the Outcast.
Oh, and Graelyn hit it on the nose with his theory about Khadrea.

Lots of us didn't even know about this Vo'shun... /me thinks she'll start searching after the location of this planet inside Amarrian territory... Maybe the Sisters of Eve could provide us with usefull informations! And who knows... "rumour that the colony is rife with communicable diseases that render its populace unsuitable for enslavement ".... maybe we could find new ways to fight against the Vitoc plague?
